Strange happenings [sys stopped working]

hi, i encouncered a strange problem...

i closed opera, and mys system got frosen...
the c/lock ans s/lock led on the keyboard blinked...

i dont know what this whould say me...

anyone has an idea?

im running as dm kdemod

when i should post some logs ill do so...

the leds blinking sounds like kernel panic to me,
check your /var/log/kernel*.log and messages
