Re: Openbox crash without themes in ~/.themes

I got the same problem recently, happened (I think) with the Gnome update a couple days ago.  A couple other bugs started popping up with Gnome-related programs...  Evince won't display pdfs anymore, terminal can't find images to show in the preferences menu...  are you having any issues like this?

I don't have a solution for the problem, but my work-around for the time is to sym-link .themes to /usr/share/themes.

Re: Openbox crash without themes in ~/.themes

If you are referring to the error "unable to load theme" at the openbox start, I resolved it setting

export XDG_CONFIG_DIRS=/etc/xdg/:/opt/kde/etc/xdg
export XDG_CONFIG_HOME="$HOME/.config/"
export XDG_DATA_DIRS=/usr/local/share/:/usr/share/

in .bashrc. If not, disregard this message smile

To get something done, a committee should consist of no more than three persons, two of them absent.
