Hi,
Creating svn packages, i wonder if it is possible to tell that the svn package i create is the equivalent of the version 2.0 on the non-svn package.
For example, the gnustep-make-svn packages release 25480 also provides gnustep-make version 2.0
So another package that depends on gnustep-make version 2.0 (example is étoilé 2.0) would be satisfied by the release 25480 of gnustep-make-svn
It would be something like
provides=(gnustep-make-2.0)
or
provides=(gnustep-make<=2.0)
Thanks
Mildred
