Play MPG file

Hi all,
i've 2 problems: the first one is that i cannot play mpg files with totem, usually the codec i needed to install to play them was gstreamer0.10-ugly (that ofc is installed together with many others codecs ), but i can only hear audio from those files on the properties it shows "MPEG-1 video" codec, what package i need to install?

yes, but it didn't help, with some files i get this error too:

GstCDXAParse: The stream is of a different type from than handled by this element

EDIT: i installed mplayer and i can play mpg with it, still not working with totem...

You could use totem-xine. That doesn't fix your gstreamer problem though.
