cannot mount dvds

Hi,

I am following the wiki whilst trying to play dvds. However, 'mplayer dvd://' won't work along with other options like dvd://1 etc.., additionally whenever I try to mount any of the related devices such as hda, dvd or cdrom I get the error:

[root@bluenode calef13]# mount /dev/hda /mnt/dvd
mount: unknown filesystem type 'udf'

I searched the repos for 'udf' and found nothing, but isn't it supposed to be installed already?

Re: cannot mount dvds

Can you post your fstab??

You need to add udf to fstab in the /dvd  like:

/dev/dvd     /mnt/dvd     udf,iso9660
