High pitch noises on ens1371 with alsa

Hello smile I have some really trouble with alsa and arch. I've been on this a week! The sound makes high pitch noises (crackling?) ! Especially when I load the cpu (like changing programs, compiling, page up and down in browser).

First I thought it was the card itself that was the source, so I switched in another one, an external USB soundcard. It got sound, but this card stutters instead of making high pitch sounds. Then I just for fun tried in an Ubuntu live CD, there it worked PERFECT, on both cards as it should, no high pitch sound nor stuttering.

Then I thought maybe it is that the kernel has low latency preemptive kernel, so I made my own with voluntary preemptive. No difference. I've also tried making my own .asoundrc and setting up the buffer time, and using dmix...

I've tried to playback mp3, ogg, different video formats etc. in all sorts of programs. Even alsaplayer, both through oss emulation and alsa. The problem was there on 2.6.22 as well as 2.6.23, before that I didn't use Arch so I dunno there. My soundcard is Ensoniq ES1371 [AudioPCI-97]. And my sound related modules are (without the USB card)...

14:42:50 [sarch:~] root# lsmod | grep ^snd
snd_ens1371 21536 5
snd_rawmidi 19232 1 snd_ens1371
snd_ac97_codec 94756 1 snd_ens1371
snd_seq_oss 29184 0
snd_seq_midi_event 6528 1 snd_seq_oss
snd_seq 46544 4 snd_seq_oss,snd_seq_midi_event
snd_seq_device 6924 3 snd_rawmidi,snd_seq_oss,snd_seq
snd_pcm_oss 38304 0
snd_pcm 69252 4 snd_ens1371,snd_ac97_codec,snd_pcm_oss
snd_timer 19332 3 snd_seq,snd_pcm
snd_page_alloc 8072 1 snd_pcm
snd_mixer_oss 14336 1 snd_pcm_oss
snd 44132 18 snd_ens1371,snd_rawmidi,snd_ac97_codec,snd_seq_oss,snd_seq,snd_seq_device,snd_pcm_oss,snd_pcm,snd_timer,snd_mixer_oss

Please anybody? I want to use Arch, but the noises makes the music so annoying that I can't listen to it, and I am addicted to music...
