Wine install on 64bit?

I really want to play WoW.  How can I make wine work?  I got the binary but it says it doesn't know what build type I have and I'm not sure what to put in there.  I really want to support the 64bit thing but I'll have to downgrade if I can't get this working.

Re: Wine install on 64bit?

Check out this older post.  If you follow the stuff at the beginning you should be able to make it work.  Don't pay any attention to the stuff at the end.  I'm not sure what his problem was.

Re: Wine install on 64bit?

All of Wine's lib32 dependencies are currently in community. Take at look at the Wine listing from the main page, and install the corresponding lib32 packages. When done, simply download the official Wine binary and install it with Pacman. When you run it the first time, it will probably complain about more dependencies. Install them and Wine should run fine.
