Languages On Arch

I'm looking for a way to use Hebrew in programs like Pdigin & Firefox. I've looked around and found a mention of SCIM after some googling, although after some more searching, I found no indication of it supporting Hebrew, also it doesn't seem to work w/ openbox, which means it's not for me.

Is there any other way of getting myself typing away in Hebrew?
