SOLVED: After DPMS no scroll with both mouse and touchpad

Hello,
I am quite lost by trying to solve a problem with my mouse (Logitech G5) and touchpad.
When my screen come back from DPMS I can not use the scroll on both input device and my xorg is consuming a lot of CPU
It worked before (do not know exactly last time/upgrade) and after googled and tried many tweaks with my xorg.conf I really do not see what is going wrong.

Does someone is experiencing same issue?

I am running Gnome/Compiz Fusion/Awn-bzr

Edit: Solved very simply by reinstalling gnome-power-manager (the MS way ).
