Compiz not working with Gnome

I just had a fresh arch install with gnome, and compiz-fusion doesn't work at all. fusion-icon-tray and fusion-icon work, but nothing happens. I can change window managers (compiz, metacity), change window decorators (gdk, emerald), but when I do nothing happens, nothing changes.

I'd like to show you some output, but I'm not at home right now.

Which packages are you using? The Nesl-repo or the Danimoth-repo?

I'm currently using the Danimoth-packages in both XFCE 4.4.1 and gnome 2.20 without any problems.
