change nvidia logo

I don't like the nvidia logo and when you remove it you get a black screen before X starts up. Is there a way to change the picture instead of disabling it?

I don't think there is a way to change it, but I read something about this on the gentoo forums a couple of years ago. If I remember correctly the guy was trying to use a hex editor to try to change the logo. I don't think he was able to do it though.
