I've installed the lame gstreamer.10 plugin with dependancies, and the "MP3, lossy" profile shows up under GNOME Audio profiles, but is unavailable when selecting the preferred ripping format in Rythmbox or Sound Juicer. The only ones that are available are FLAC, WAV and Ogg. This is what I have for the mp3 pipeline:
audio/x-raw-int,rate=44100,channels=2 ! lame name=enc mode=0 vbr-quality=4 ! id3v2mux
Any suggestions? I'm guessing that I need to somehow register the lame encoder, but I dunno.
