After the recent upgrade to all of the November e17-cvs packages, I receive problems every time I try to upgrade my system. pacman -Suy yields:
:: Replace imlib2_loaders-cvs with takhis/e_deprecated? [Y/n]
:: Replace edb-cvs with takhis/e_deprecated? [Y/n]
Answering 'n' to these question will allow my system to upgrade properly. Answering 'Y' to these question fail because of "unsatisfied" dependencies:
error: failed to prepare transaction (could not satisfy dependencies)
:: edb-cvs requires evas-cvs
[skottish@localhost downloads]$ pacman -Qi evas-cvs

Fixed.
I just don't understand why, evas-cvs doesn't depend on edb-cvs, so why does pacman claim so? Anyways, for now I'll just leave obsolete packages to rot, if you wanna clean up manually, do pacman -Rd edb-cvs imlib2-cvs && pacman -S imlib2

Sweet! Thanks reverie.

FWIW, compiling e17 directly from CVS is trivial.
