how to install ipp2p

I'm trying to use ipp2p, but I don't know how to install it. I didn't find a package for it, so I downloaded it from it's official page, a then try to compile. Reading the README file it says that I've to "change "IUSER = -I/usr/src/iptables/include" to wherever iptables.h is located". So I did a

locate iptables.h

and put that directory in the IPTABLES_SRC, since it seems to me the place it should go on. the problem comes now, when I try to compile it throws  errors about "incompatible pointer type" and another ones (I could paste them here, but they're in spanish).

¿Are there a better/easier way to install it?
Any help would be appreciated

Re: how to install ipp2p

I've tried this morning downloading from netfilter the tar.gz for my iptables version (1.3.8) and setting the IPTABLES_SRC to the directory I've extracted that file, but it throws the same errors while compiling. The kernel version I'm using is the 2.6.23.
