Missing CONFIG lines on config.x86_64 compared to config on kernel26

I was trying powertop on my intel laptop and it complained about CONFIG_NO_HZ and CONFIG_TIMER_STATS not being set, which was strange because I thought it already was set. I found out that the 32 bit kernel config has these, but not the 64bit kernel.
Is there a reason for this? Was this not intended... While the second CONFIG may not seem very interesting (at least to non-powertop users), the first one is supposed to be an important power saver on laptopts. Should I open a bug for this?

EDIT: CONFIG_NO_HZ doesn't seem to be supported on x86_64 so far, just found out
