location of some perl modules

I am after the following perl modules:

Term::ReadKey
Text::Kakasi
Unicode::UTF8simple

I have searched and can't seem to find them in the repositories/AUR.  However, I'm not too good with perl so could be missing something obvious. Do I need to package these myself?

Re: location of some perl modules

Thanks. I knew how to make new perl packages. My query was more along the lines of "am I overlooking the package I need to download".  Previously I have made packages just to discovery they were named differently from what I thought they would or part of a larger package.

http://www.archlinux.org/packages/11924/ - that's the first one. You will need to package the others.
