alsa startup messages

Every alsa daemon startup I get following messages:

/usr/sbin/alsactl: set_control:989: warning: name mismatch (3D Control - Center/Mic Select) for control #28
/usr/sbin/alsactl: set_control:991: warning: index mismatch (0/0) for control #28
/usr/sbin/alsactl: set_control:993: failed to obtain info for control #28 (Operation not permitted)

what does this mean?

I have 2 soundcards:

 0 [nForce2        ]: NFORCE - NVidia nForce2
                      NVidia nForce2 with ALC655 at irq 18
 1 [YMF740C        ]: YMF740C - Yamaha DS-1L (YMF740C)
                      Yamaha DS-1L (YMF740C) at 0xec000000, irq 20

Sound state saves/restores with random success.

if you only use one of them, try deactivating the other one...
whats not active cant break anything..

I use both.
First I've used explicit load method throught MODULES.
Then I've deleted it. Soundcards' numbers exchanged and these messages appeared.
