virtualbox refuses to open for some odd reason

i can't get virtualbox to open anymore. This first started to happen just earlier today. What can i do??

Did you upgraded the kernel? if so.. did you ran "vbox_build_module" after that?

what are the output of trying to launch from the terminal?

stupid question, but where is the "vbox_build_module"? can't seem to find it.
