Re: December 2007 Screenshots

Here is my xmonad setup so far. I borrowed mine from the hacking thread and changed a little. Thanks everyone I really like xmonad. I seem to be getting things done quicker.

i think tiling screenshots are quite the opposite.  to me, normal wm's get boring to be because (most) everyone just changes the way things look more than anything. with a tiling wm, it's more about the way things function and what you've done to boost your productivity.  some of the scripts that come out of tiling wm environments are absolutely amazing.

Alas no, it's not. I haven't worked on rezlooks for about 18 months now, and I never did get around to finishing the tweaking I was doing for 0.7 to make it work well with dark themes. The theme I'm using in the screenshot is a clearlooks one, with radius set to 0.

I switched from mpd+sonata/ncmpc to amarok because of the handy last.fm scripts (missing albums etc) and the mp3-player integration.

can you share your wall with us? I have the original that your wall was based on but I like the one you have smile

I agree, but then it's more interesting to discuss about how it works (like that xmonad hacking thread), rather than only how it looks (this thread).
Though, I have to admit I spent some times playing with different colors for status bar, terminals, and console apps like vim / cmus / irssi, but well, it's still rather limited.
