Supported hardware?

Hi Arch Community for the best distro ever!

I´m going to buy a new computer in some weeks from now and I have thought long on what I want to buy. But the thing is i have looked around a bit to find any information on what hardware Arch is supporting.
I probably going to go for an quad core and maybe an Razer Barracuda™ AC-1 soundcard and wonder if those are supported? Where can I find information on what soundcard is best for linux and so on? Is there a weekly updating document on that?

I really appreciate any help I can get on this smile

Re: Supported hardware?

http://www.linuxquestions.org/hcl/ is very popular and I know that Suse had a quite extensive hardware database as well, but I don't know if it's still maintained or where to find it.

I haven't seen anything about Razer yet, but it's always about the chipset; try to find that out.
