i think thats the best free fps game you can find for linux
online playing is great also

there are things to change there like an option to lean
but it has a future

Well, if you like FPS games, you should definately try out True Combat: Elite, which is a mod of Enemy Territory. As for me it's more enjoyable than Urban Terror.
Also, on the same engine of Urban Terror there is Tremulous, I think it's genial, a very cool concept, and it's faaast
