Dolphin translation in Dutch

I noticed that both the dolphin and d3lphin packages in the repo either miss my locale, or simply don't have a Dutch translation, which I'd find odd, since it's a rather well-known program.

I found a dolphin.po file on the net, with Dutch translations, but I don't have any idea what to do with it.

Any ideas?

I'd recommend logging a feature request in the bug tracker (the Community Packages section) and see if the maintainer will add it to the package
