pacman problems???!

One thing is that your locale is not defined: see the wiki (http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Locale)
Second thing is that it looks like you have no internet access which is why pacman can't connect to the repos.  See the wiki (http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Configuring_network)

thanks it works now, but i just installed gnome and xorg and when i do startx i get these problems

it appears you need to generate a xorg.conf (X tries to load a config, doesn't find one, so autodetects, and it's not perfect)
im not totally sure since i use nvidia-xconfig
but `pacman -S` hwd and `hwd -xa`
or Xorg -configure` then copy the config in ~/ to /etc/X11/xorg.conf

did you even read the wiki? Sounds like u d/l'd the base install and that got stuck on every other step because u failed to read this one simple little web page.
