I tried to use tips at http://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=37007 (solution by @jinn), but isn't worked.
For sound output works, I need to use an "options" at modprobe.conf:
options snd-hda-intel model=3stack
without this, I can't hear any sound without headphones This chip is terrible!
What I can do now ?
Thanks!

i don't have any problem with microphone. you need to put capture to the right input
Hit tab to select Capture on the View line.
go on the first or second(give it a try and see what's the right input) level and hit space
Give what you have. To someone, it may be better than you dare to think.

@wonder
Thanks for tips! Now, my mic output only noises...
In my case, the first Capture is my internal mic. I tried some combinations but, isn't worked yet.
Please, see a new shot at: http://helio.hlegius.pro.br/screens/mic_error.png
ah! I'm trying record voice using 'arecord':
$ arecord -vv -fdat foo.wav
Thanks!
