VNCserver hamachi tightvncviewer windows XP

Hi Iam trying to remote into a windows XP (behind 2 routers) from my Arch laptop (behind a router too) I have installed VNC server and Hamachi in windows XP machine and installed tightvncviewer and hamachi in Arch laptop too.
I am able to see my XP machine in the hamachi network...but when i run tightvnc viewer and enter the server hamachi IP, I am unable to connect.
Could anyone tell me what am I missing, and maybe help me with steps / command syntax.
Thanks,

Re: VNCserver hamachi tightvncviewer windows XP

It may be a firewall issue, it may be a vnc/tightvnc issue, it may be anything.
Can you ping the machine over Hamachi?

$ ping <ip>

Then it may be a TightVNC issue or something else. Have you tried using plain VNC? Can you connect back to your Linux machine with the Windows XP machine? Try reverse connecting it also. (Add new client)
