Game suggestion

Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone knew any good space trader/fighter kind of games like EVE Online. Preferably free and native to Linux. It doesn't have to be an online one.

I haven't really got this game, but you could find this very nice: Privateer Gemini Gold.

Or the original in DOSBox. I wasn't quite impressed by that remake last time I took a look at it.

And how about Vega Strike? Does that have trading and stuff?

To be honest, I tried to wander around, clicking here and there, but I didn't get it. It looked plain boring that way, but if people like it, I guess there should be something fun in it
