I just stumbled upon this really cool site for OpenOffice stuff. OO Extras. I find that openoffice is really lacking in the templates and backgrounds for Impress, this site has a bunch of them as well as templates and other things for other parts of the office suite as well. Just thought I would share my find.

there is also an iso image on the ftp servers where all templates are include and all platform versions
have a look at:
