Epson Stylus DX4450 - printing, scanning, ... anything?!

Hi Arch bro,

has anybody succes stories with Epson Stylus All-in-one DX4450?!

Printer: I have pacman-ed cups, gutenprint, ghostscript... and tried CX4450, DX3850 and C68... All up and running w/o error, but test page is endless printing, printer has no sign of activity - I'v searched forum, but can't figure out what should I check, install, do?! Log has no errors (even cups debug2 level), changing cups.conf rights (was suggested here - http://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=24139) dosn't help, localhost is OK, ... Any Idea, suggestion?!
Avasys driver... It is a pain in the ass. Binary horribly failed (printer not install), source compilation passed, but ekpd-tool return "PIPS Warning: Printer not install". Maybe some udev or something.... does anybody know how to setup it (EPAva/core/setup return printer not found for every usbdevXXX which are added, when printer is pluged in).

Scanner: xsane, scanimage -L failed. I have installed iscan, but failed too.Only sane-find-scanner (after editing udev rules) result in: "found USB scanner (vendor=0x04b8 [], product=0x083f) at libusb:001:004", but that's all.

Any help, suggestion appreciated,
