Actually been playing with this for a week or so myself and without any problems..
Like you said.. Finally a GUI for us Linux users!!

I am trying to use handbrake to backup some dvds however it isn't putting the chapters in the correct locations. The video quality is excellent but when watching a movie that I backed up it isn't in the right sequence. Have you encountered that problem or have any suggestions on how to correct it?
