Is there any way to install konqueror without installing all of kde? I would like to use konqueror to test sites with.

I would also like to install konqueror to use as file manager in enlightenment and don't want any of the extras that come with kdebase and kdecommon.
I've only got as far as looking at kdemod which is a lighter version of kde for arch... but it still requires kdebase to be installed - 146MB which is too much for me anyway.

Take a look at this:

Konqueror is in kdebase I think, so I've started by getting the PKGBUILD for kdebase - I'm about to try out what the wiki page says....

Why not take a look at kdemod (http://kdemod.ath.cx/). Not official, but appear to be what you want.

Konqueror is in kdemod-kdebase, it is not split, so you would still have to install a bunch of stuff, not just konqueror.

I think konquerer intrinsically uses a good deal of KDE, I don't think you will be able to slim it down much. However, unless it is disk space that you are worried about, just try installing it and see if it really bogs done enlightenment that much.
