Some weeks ago, I had a checkbox in OOo writer when I save a new text document to set the the extension ".doc" automatically (there are too many of my mail partners using Winword...).
This checkbox in the save dialogue of OOo writer disappeared - and the windows or mac users complain that they cannot open the file because the ".doc" is missing at the end (and I used the automatic, so I always forget to add it manually).
Is that a configuration thing or a bug with the missing checkbox?
