You should use 'search' function first, there's already a thread dealing with the same issue.
Anyway, you can either use nvclock-cvs from AUR (nvclock -f -F auto).
Or, use 169.04 driver from AUR, which doesn't suffer from this issue.

In short, run 'makepkg' - this builds a package. Then run pacman -U pkgname.pkg.tar.gz to install it

In the startup sequence for the window manager. E.g. in Gnome, go to "System - Preferences - Sessions", and add a startup script which calls nvclock.

* Fixed a problem causing the fan on some GPUs to always run at full speed.
* Fixed a bug that caused the X driver to crash if the X.Org GLX extension module was loaded intead of NVIDIA's.
* Improved the X driver's awareness of the current notebook docking status.
* Fixed brightness control on HP Compaq notebooks.
* Fixed a bug in the Linux/i2c algorithm driver implementation that prevented core transfer types from succeeding.
