X server and Physical Memory load

I just recently reinstalled Arch and KDEmod. I found my proformance a bit slow so I checked with KSysGuard, my Load Average and Physical Memory is through the roof, however my CPU load is minimal.

X is at the top of the process list, using: 1.50% CPU; 114,000 VmSize; 27,000 VmRss. I dont know what VmSize is, I assume its Virtual Memory Size. If so, could my memory and load problems be caused by how high X is?

My other issue may be related to X... I tried taking a screenshot and it seems I cant grab X

scrot -dc 5
No protocol specified
giblib error: Can't open X display. It *is* running, yeah?

Anyone have a solution to this stuff?

Thanks.

You may want to look at my post:

X is set to nolisten tcp since the latest xorg-xinit upgrade.
