qt4 changes name to qt... problems?

qt4 wants to overwrite qt and qt-enhanced... what will happen if I say "Yes" and let pacman do the stuff???
will my KDEmod still be working or not?

You should wait until the kdemod devs updated their repo.

even if you selected Yes to all you'll get the following error :

:: Replace qt4 with extra/qt? [Y/n] y
:: Starting full system upgrade...
:: Replace qt4 with extra/qt? [Y/n] y
resolving dependencies...
looking for inter-conflicts...
:: qt conflicts with qt-enhanced. Remove qt-enhanced? [Y/n] y
error: failed to prepare transaction (could not satisfy dependencies)
:: kdemod-arts: requires qt-enhanced
:: kdemod-kdelibs: requires qt-enhanced>=3.3.8

and the updating stops
let's wait for kdemod repos update as Pierre wrote
