MIssing configuration options in kdemod4

I installed kdemod4 . My desktop context menu has a configure desktop option which can only change wallpaper .
When I right click kickoff menu , it has only two options :1.Application Launcher setting 2. remove application launcher .  Where can I get the detailed configuration such as font ,theme .etc ? I tried kde4 livecd ,it wasn't like this .  thanks in advance .

you can use systemsettings in console.....
