lib32-qt4

ftp://ftp.archlinux.org/community/os/i686/
has package qt4-4.3.3-1

ftp://ftp.archlinux.org/extra/os/i686/
has package qt-4.3.3-3

yaourt wants to update to lib32-qt4, but the package build is wrong, in that there is no file called qt4-4.3.3-2 on ftp.archlinux.org.

four questions...
why is there two versions of qt4 on the ftp.archlinux.org site, one under the extra repository and one under the community repository? what is there difference? Can the package build be pointed to the one in extra and still work? Will there ever be a qt4-4.3.3-2 package released?

Re: lib32-qt4

The qt4 package in community will be removed now that the qt in extra is now at version 4. The lib32-qt4 PKGBUILD will need to be changed to use the qt package in extra.

I built lib32-qt4 off the qt in extra and all works OK. Thanks for the explanation. I take it since qt is in extra its officially supported?
