gaara. I would file a bug for this on the bugtracker, and make note in the ticket of the mirror you are using, just in case it is a problem with your mirror, and not with the package itself.

I suggest this because not all devs read the forums, and even those that do may not notice this.
Filing a bug ticket is probably the way to go.
(Note:  I don't maintain the dia package)

Odd, I installed it about three days ago on my home computer with no errors.
