Using screen to "share" a terminal

I'm ssh'd into another machine with a different user on it, and for convenience it would be convenient if I could have simultaneous access to his terminal.

Using script will let me see what they're doing in intervals, but it'd be nicer to have real-time.

Using screen will let us detach a screen and reattach it, effectively letting us trade the terminal back and forth, but that's a bit less than optimal. I remember hearing someone say that they had used screen such that they could actually view someone else's terminal in real time. I looked through the man page but didn't find anything along those lines. Is that possible, or do I remember incorrectly?

Ah, nice. I think I misread that line when I perused the manual.

got to love screen, I use it all the time - it's a real life saver at times.
