Everything related to Mozilla packages is about to be moved from /opt to /usr. That's true for testing mostly, but I think there are already some new packages in extra. So I don't know for sure what's going on, but I think that's somehow related to your problem. Perhaps see bugs.archlinux.org if you find anything about xulrunner.
