ABS Building Program
Alright, I don'y really know how to explain this, but what I need is a program like yaourt or aurbuild that will ask me to change the PKGBUILD and then installing it with pacman...

Take a look at srcpac - I think that's what you want.

I think aurbuild can do this. Look at the man page..it something like --official.

use yaourt -Sb 
You can use customizepkg with yaourt to automatically modify PKGBUILD when yaourt -Su
