pcieport-driver drives me nuts

Hey there, im trying to get Arch running on my brothers PC. But X wont start. KDM is in rc.conf DAEMONS line but that didnt help. Packages i installed were whole base group, xorg group, and kdemod-kdebase.
When i issue a "hwd -x" there are errors about "pcieport-driver : file or directory not found". sad

Re: pcieport-driver drives me nuts

To fix the bug, copy the error message here and also the output of 'lspci -m'

Re: pcieport-driver drives me nuts

Alright, X is starting. big_smile
You know what,... xorg.conf tried to load the section "PS/2 Mouse" (which wasnt present anymore) instead of "USB Mouse". wink

Well,... still the error message with "hwd -x" is irritating and still occurs.

Run 'lspci -nn'

Re: pcieport-driver drives me nuts

I have difficulties in tracing the bug. What's in /etc/hwd/pci.hw
Does 'hwd -s' work?
