Many problems with libs(?)

When trying to run geotrace,i get all these errors...Can somebody help?

Sorry if i posted it to the wrong place,but i thought that happens because i'm running Arch64...:rolleyes:

There are two things here:
The first error

Gtk-WARNING **: Failed to load module "libgnomebreakpad.so": libgnomebreakpad.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

This is the only important one. I *think* that lib is in extra/bug-buddy, but I can't be sure. Try installing it.

What application causes this error? If you let us know we can fix it so it doesn't happen anymore

I downloaded bug-buddy i686,extracted this file and copied it in

/opt/lib32/usr/lib/gtk-2.0/modules/libgnomebreakpad.so

but that didn't helped a lot...:/

I don't know, but is geotrace not running nativly on Arch64? If yes, then it is totally useless to copy the file to /opt/lib32/...
Why don't you install it nativly on Arch64?

You have compiled it on your own, I think. And why do you put the missing lib into /opt/lib32/... then? Install bug-buddy (64bit version) with pacman and try to run geotrace again.

It is very confusing why you are using lib32 for this stuff. I'm sure geotrace can be compiled to native 64bit libs. Are you using a PKGBUILD for this? If so, which one?

Hello, I had the same problem...
The real hint is :
./geotrace: free(): invalid pointer
As far as I can remember you can just comment the line issuing that error !
I think I found a patch, from Gentoo...

But I achieve to compile this soft but it's too old, so the data are not accurate.

If you are still interested please say so, when I'll bo less drunk, i'll be able to explain more...
