Trouble installnig KDE [SOLVED]

Hi,

I am trying to install KDEMOD, but I get the error:

error: cannot resolve "gmp", a dependency of "kdeutils"
error: failed to prepare transaction (could not satisfy dependencies)
:: kdeutils: requires gmp

I've searched on gmp, apparently it's an optional dependency for building KCalc.  I don't really care about KCalc, I just want to install KDEMOD or KDE, but I can't do either because of this dependency issue.

Does anyone know how I can get gmp or get around this issue and get my de installed?

What mirror are you using ? Maybe there is something wrong with it.
Try switching to an alternate mirror.
