Sound, TV-Card, NIC, VGA - Interaction

There is some problem within the interaction of some PCI devices on my desktop. The most obvious effect is, that sometimes (changes from reboot to reboot) when i watch TV (with tvtime) the sound on the M-Audio 2496 is crackling and the picture of the TV has fragments, this effect also appears sometimes, when there is network traffic.

I already swapped the slots of the PCI devices. No effect.

The BIOS of my ASUS A8V is up to date.

When I use the nv driver instead of the nvidia driver these effects dont seem to happen. Therefor the "Device" section of my xorg.xonf .

Section "Device"
        Identifier "Geforce ti4200"
        Driver "nvidia"
        Busid "PCI:1:0:0"
        Option "RenderAccel" "True"
        Option "BackingStore" "True"
        Option "TwinView"
        Option "TwinViewOrientation" "RightOf"
        Option "AddARGBGLXVisuals" "True"
EndSection

These problems appeared somehow half a year ago. I was using ubuntu.

Any hints r welcome. smile
