Sound, Linux

I am planning on purchasing this soundcard:

Right now, I'm using integrated audio on ALSA with KDE 3.5 on my Arch64 system. I am wondering, if I don't change anything when I install the sound card above, will I be using them to the fullest? Or do I need to install drivers? What's more, where could I find the right driver in Arch, and how would I go about installing it?
