Battery cannot be identified

Hi guys, whenever I boot up my laptop I get the following warning before GRUB loads up:

WARNING: The battery cannot be identified.
This system will be unable to charge this battery

Press any key to continue.

Press <F2> to enter setup
Press <F12> and any key to enter boot menu

It just pauses here until I hit a key to continue onto grub which is annoying. Whats weird, though, is that my battery charges just fine. I have absolutely no problems with my battery. How can I get rid of this message? I understand the whole "if its not broken don't fix it" philosophy, but this is just annoying since I have to press a key everytime I want to boot up my laptop just to get to grub. neutral

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

Re: Battery cannot be identified

Maybe there's a workaround in the bios <F2> (or a newer bios)?
