Nautilus draws the content of files (illegal way)

Since last week update nautilus file manager (including the desktop window)
im getting this bug

the first time i saw this it was like 1 or 2 files but now i get all the files
drawn (well the tail)

Any ideas ?

I see you have a nice, original theme, does it happen with, say tango or gnome themes?

Thats a murrina theme (community/gtk-engine-murrine)
and the icons are Deltagreen.
