Does Wine work truely in 64-bit?

I didn't notice a wine in the 64-bit repositories. Does this mean nobody has compiled it for 64-bit? And. does Wine work in true 64-bit? If so, what have you done to get it to work? TIA

P.S. I am aware of the bin32-wine in AUR. However, I am not sure how to get it to work. Still, this is not 64-bit? According to http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?d … s=0&SeB=nd it says "This package has been flagged out of date."
I don't know what exactly implies.

There is no 64bit wine AFAIK.  In order to run it on 64bit system you need to use 32bit wine + 32bit versions of the libraries it requires.

So, this means if I run it as the 32-bit version, I wouldn't be able to run 64-bit win64 binaries, for example? And, what files should I download for this (or is there a link)?

No, you cannot run 64 bit binaries on 32 bit Wine. There is (was?) a 64 bit version of Wine being worked on, but that one wasn't going to run 32 bit software. I haven't looked in over a year, so I don't know how the project is coming along:
