Fix for festival-awb-arctic voice

I've installed the festival-awb-arctic festival voice package but when I tried to select it using the festival cli I get the following error:

SIOD ERROR: unbound variable : voice_us_awb_multisyn_configure_pre

To fix this I needed to add the line

(defvar voice_us_awb_multisyn_configure_pre nil)

to the top of the file
/usr/share/festival/voices-multisyn/english/cstr_us_awb_arctic_multisyn/festvox/cstr_us_awb_arctic_multisyn.scm

I don't know if this will help anyone else but hopefully it will.
