I'm trying to install Bind, basically just for the tools since I use dig a lot. When I tried to install it I get the following conflicts:
[root@HIDDEN root]# pacman -S bind
Targets: bind-9.2.3-2

error: the following file conflicts were found:
/usr/bin/host: exists in filesystem
/usr/bin/nslookup: exists in filesystem
/usr/man/man1/host.1.gz: exists in filesystem
Is it safe to just delete those since they'll get replaced by bind? Anyone know of any place to just get the bind utilities? I know some distros have a bind-utils package.

You have the host package installed. bind offers host and nslookup, so you don't need the host package anymore.
